Guide to avoid getting your news article rejected

Now you have come this far and created something for The SchoolsRadio.com website we wouldn’t want it to be lost in the realms of the unacceptable.

Here's some guidance to help you avoid this happening.

Don’t use pictures you have taken off the internet

We won't be able to show your work if it incorporates pictures taken off the internet, unless you have obtained written permission to use them. It’s illegal. Please use photographs you or your teacher have taken or an image of your schools logo.

Is it your news?

We can’t publish your news if you don't own the copyright to it, or you haven't obtained written permission to use it. That means you can’t take any news other than your schools own.

Keep it clean

No swearing, no overt references, nothing of bad taste, use your heads.

If your work is rejected by us, a moderator will contact you and let you know why. That means you might be able to change it to fit The Schools Radio.com requirements and send it back to us.
