Guide to avoid getting your programme rejected

Now you have come this far and created something for SchoolsRadio.com we wouldn't want it to be lost because it was unacceptable. Remember we can only feature the very best of the best. Don't be too disappointed if we haven't got room for you. It may be very good but just not quite good enough.

Here's some guidance to help you avoid this happening.

Keep it clean

No swearing, no overt references, nothing of bad taste, use your heads.

Don't use commercial music unless licenced

We can't publish your work if you don't own the copyright to a piece of music. That means you can't take any music without paying another party some money to licence it.

Send your work in a format we can use

Please send your work to us in MP3 file format and pay attention to the size limits; note 5MB limit for music.

Is it your work?

If it's obvious that your programme isn't entirely your work we wont be able to use it - sorry!

Try again

If your work is rejected by us, a moderator will contact you and let you know why. That means you might be able to change it to fit the Schools Radio.com requirements and send it back to us.

Submit your programme

Let other people hear the best of your programming. If you're already registered, submit your best programme and let everyone hear you.

Send us your news

At SchoolsRadio.com you make the news. Send us all your latest on your schools radio events, music or broadcasts.
